I'd like to keep this section COMPLETELY IC. No OOC whatsoever on the Los Santos Community Forums. There are now moderators of this section so if any OOC IC mixing comes up it will be removed and you will be warned.

- No OOC in this section at all even if you use (( )). None!
- You CAN use smiliesand abbreviations here. It's a forum, just as the HRPS forum is. You'd be suprised on how many adults even use them on forums.
- Anything in quotes is your actions (/me's IRL chat etc).
- Anything outside of quotes is what you posted on the forum
